Report Records
Menu path: Log Management → Report Records. Use this page to find generated reports. Report content is defined separately in Report Template.
Search and List
Filter by report name, report template, or file type at the top of the page. Click Query to refresh the results or Reset to clear the filters.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Report Name, Report Template | Identify a generation result and its template. |
| File Type | The output file type. |
| Storage Method, File Size | Confirm how the result is stored and its size. |
| Trigger Source, RPC, Dev EUI | Trace the business operation or device that generated the report. |
| Created At | When this report record was generated. |
| Actions | Use the actions available on the actual record. An empty list does not confirm that a file was downloaded successfully. |
If you cannot find a report, first check the filters and generation time, then check the RPC logs, template inputs, and storage configuration. Successfully saving a report template does not mean a report has been generated.
Retention and Storage
Under System Platform → Organization Management, configure Report Retention Days for the selected organization. The UI accepts 0–3650 and displays 60 as a placeholder. A placeholder is not a configured value. Confirm the meaning of 0 and the default behavior when left blank against the actual deployment policy.
Object storage connections are maintained in System Config. Presigned URL validity and report retention days are separate settings: an expired link does not necessarily mean the underlying file has been deleted.
